Any accidental or necessary spontaneous overnight stays by additional persons must <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">be registered immediately<\/span>. <\/span><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">The <strong>accommodation of<\/strong> additional persons, even subsequently &#8230;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">The <strong>transfer of<\/strong> the apartments to other persons &#8230;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>Passing<\/strong> the key <strong>on<\/strong> to other or additional persons &#8230;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">is not permitted without our knowledge or consent, it leads to a breach of contract without notice and <strong>immediate check-out<\/strong>, without entitlement to a refund of the remaining booking time, comparable and corresponding to the cancellation in case of no-show (according to the General Terms and Conditions).<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\">Instead of immediate check-out, we reserve the right in individual cases to invoice the entire booking period for the corresponding number of persons immediately in accordance with our prices.
