The standard two-bed apartment is a spacious and – due to its flexibility with regard to different living requirements – a very efficient studio apartment. It is also suitable as a double-bed apartment. This liberation makes it possible to serve a wide range of tenants. Fully equipped and “ready to move in”, the apartment is suitable for almost any type of tenant:

It is not uncommon for our apartments to be booked by apartment seekers or newcomers to bridge the gap for a few weeks or months while they look for accommodation. The double bed apartment is a compact studio apartment in mint condition. It is fully equipped and “ready to move in only with a suitcase”. The 1.6 meter wide bed is suitable for both individuals and couples.

The Triple Suite is our largest apartment. It is also a flexible and efficient two-room apartment. Whether as a small family or working group: the two rooms can be connected or separated (shared apartment character) as separate sleeping areas, but each fully equipped (separate TV, separate sofa, separate dining table). This means that the apartment also meets special living requirements for a wide variety of groups.
