In the expansion...
We are currently working on converting the ground-floor extension on the inner courtyard side into a separate multi-purpose and control room with a kitchen and covered outdoor seating area for demand-oriented use.
The house
The apartments are located on the first floor (raised first floor) and the second floor. In the screened inner courtyard at the rear of the building, a flexible area is currently being created with a quality of stay and covered outdoor seating.
