Notes on the prices:

• Price details: Daily prices in net / weekly and monthly prices in gross
• The daily prices are per accommodation (not per person)
• Prices apply to nominative occupancy (number of beds)
• Increase & decrease in guest numbers with surcharge & discount
• Prices for stays of less than one week: with surcharge
• Prices for stays of 1 to 3 weeks: Standard price
• Prices for stays of 4 weeks or more: reduced price
• In principle: payment in advance
• Infants under 2 years are generally free of charge
• The adult price applies for children aged 13 and over
• plus. 40,- € one-time final cleaning fee per stay.

Notes on booking times:

• Standard booking time: 1 week
• Minimum booking period: 3 days (only occasionally available online)
• Maximum booking period: 3 months

• Booking time less than 1 week: only on request
• Earliest check-in: 16.00 hrs
• Latest check-out: 10.00 am

General information:

• Group bookings or other time booking options – on request.

• Cleaning & laundry service: 1 time per week
